• If you found a title through our search engine and then were not able to add it to your shopping cart, try to access the same page directly.
• To search for an actress, please enclose the first and last name within quote marks.

• To search by a title's Product ID, please include the dash (-).

• If you're using our site's internal item number to look for details about a title, simply enter it in our search box. The number is located in the far left-hand column labeled "Item #" of each page offering titles for sale on our site. Do not enter the alpha portion (e.g. ADVD, JAVB) that accompanies the item numbers in our invoices.
• '*' and '?' are wildcards. A good way to think of them is that they help fill in the blanks. For example, if you are interested in finding what titles on our site have product IDs beginning with the letters "SOE", you can enter SOE* or SOE? into our search box and it will display all titles listed on our site that meet the criteria.
  
  Another scenario in which you can use wildcards is when you know most of the characters contained in a search term, but not all. Perhaps there's an actress you like whose name starts with the letters N-a-t-s-u-m, but you just can't remember the last one. Then, you can enter Natsum* or Natsum?. Wildcards are also useful in that they can be placed anywhere in a search term (for an example, see what happens if you type Haru*a).
