Hi all,
We have resolved all the issues with out download server. Everything should be working like before. As we mentioned before, we will be offering additional options.
Pricing
A few years ago, we meant to offer international customers downloads of single-disc DVDs for $6 apiece instead of $8 for a short time, but instead we did so for well over a year. But due to the rising cost of server bandwidth and hardware, we will be raising the price back up to $8.
Wait Time
The wait time can be one hour to one day or sometimes longer depending on how many DVDs you purchase. It will also depend on whether our AS crew is at work or resting at home. You can get an idea of the expected wait time when you are placing an order by seeing which of the color-coded bars below we have displayed on our site.

We assure you that we will try out best to provide you with the fastest service. However, the above is meant to serve as a rough estimate and we can't guarantee that we will always deliver within the timeline indicated.
Options & Benefits
We offer movie downloads in either DVD and MP4 formats or VCD and MP4 formats. Whether you are a dometic or international customer, you can count on receiving your purchase faster and without having to pay shipping costs!
WARNING: Some VCDs CANNOT be converted to MP4. In those cases, you will only be able to receive them in VCD format.
How to Order
Please use our shopping cart and add titles as you would normally do. Once you check out and have made the payment, we will process your order and refund you the shipping charge. Please refer to the color of our site's download service status meter bar to get an idea of how long it will take for us to email you your order with links by which to download your order.
If you are a NEW download customer, please use the form below to inform us about your order. Customers who have downloaded from us before DO NOT need to use the form.
