REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY |
Exchanges
If a movie you purchase from AsianScreens.com (UpNext) does not play, please email us. We will then either provide technical assistance or give instructions on how and where to send the problematic movie back to us. We will cover your return shipping costs by way of a refund or in the form of credit. If upon receiving a movie back we verify it does not play, we will send you a replacement, if one is available. Should a replacement not be available, we will provide a refund or offer credit towards a future purchase.
Refunds
AsianScreens.com (UpNext) can issue a refund under one of the following circumstances:
- A customer sends an email to cancel all or part of an order prior to its being shipped out.
- An exchange (as described above under "Exchanges") for an identical title is unavailable.
